Make Your Own 1000 Calorie Diet To Lose Weight
I will share with you an easy and effective 1000 calorie diet that you can follow to help you shed the pounds. We will look at exactly what to eat and also look at lots of examples so that you will never be bored. Let's have a look at it now.
#Milk group
Milk and milk products are full of calcium that speeds up weight loss (according to a recent study).
You may have 1-2 units of milk a day to help you lose weight.
Examples of milk products are milk, cheeses and yogurt. Stick to the fat free or the low fat milk products to help you cut back on calories.
#Fats group
Fat keeps the body full and they may help you to have fewer cravings and hunger pangs.
##Units allowed - 4 units a day
Good examples of healthy fats include olive and avocado oil, light mayonnaise, low fat butter and spreads and olives and avocados.

Carbs are energy for the body, so be sure not to skimp on them.

Carbs are energy for the body, so make sure that you eat good healthy carbs regularly.
Examples: Stick to the healthy carbs as they will give you longer lasting energy while also keeping you full. Good examples are baby and sweet potatoes and whole-wheat/grain products like couscous, rice and pasta.

pulse rate with exercise bike?
I got my answer from another question I had with how many calories in 1kg.. but my exerise bike does monitor my pulse, does that really have anything to do with the calories and would it be correct? I was suggest getting a heart rate monitor for calories.. anyone tell me ?
Your pulse rate doesn't really have much to do with your calories burned. Granted, the higher your pulse is the higher your calories burned will be, but you can't really calculate calories burned by only using a pulse rate.
